There is a well-guarded house next door, neighbours on the other side, and a 4-star hotel nearby.

Getting There
The nearest international airport is Nice Côte d'Azur (NCE), about 90 minutes by car. The villa is also accessible from Toulon-Hyères Airport (TLN) and by train to Sainte-Maxime or St Raphaël.
There is parking space in front of the house for at least three cars, but once you are there you do not really need a car — the local supermarket will deliver.
